CRITERIA FOR RETURNS
Please note that all these criteria must be met before an item is eligible for return or exchange
- The item must be defective or damaged
- The item is of low quality or does not match it’s stated description on the Kaiglo Website
- The item delivered does not match what was orders in size, color or other specifications
- The item delivered does not match what was ordered

We contact you
Once your claim is validated, we will contact you providing information on the most suitable means of
getting the item from you. This could either be a drop off or pickup by one of our riders.
Exchange or Refund
Once the item is received, we would begin processing a replacement item in the case of an exchange or refund.
Product exchange should take between 1-3 days to fulfill. While refunds would take between 24 - 48 hours due to bank delays.
EXCHANGES FOR NON-DAMAGED ITEMS
Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
